Originally a train station built in 1802, converted to a barn and then a residence, this Narberth home sits on 1/2 acre and we fully renovated the grounds/ yard and interior exterior of the house. All floors, stairs, roof, electrical, plumbing, utilities were replaced. Floors were patched and refinished, all new kitchen and three bathrooms, ceiling beams exposed as well as an interior stone wall and salvaged wood added to walls on first floor as special finishes/ surfaces. Most of materials from demolition were salvaged including all the original interior doors were used to design and build the chicken coop for back yard chickens!
